What we collect

If you fill in the contact form, we receive the email address, gym name and current-software answer you give us. It is emailed to us so we can reply, and it is used for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list.

We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to see which parts of the page people read and click. It records page views, clicks and scrolling, the rough location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type. It sets a cookie so that repeat visits are counted once. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Why

To answer you when you get in touch, and to understand whether the page explains the product well. That is our legitimate interest as a business; if you would rather not be counted, most browsers let you block third-party scripts and we honour that.

How long we keep it

Form submissions stay in our mailbox until the conversation is finished, and for at most a year after. Analytics data is kept for a year.

Who else sees it

Resend delivers the form email; PostHog stores the analytics. Both act on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to our using it. Email hello@yellowfruit.fit and we will answer within a month. If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

The product

The YellowFruit app, which gyms use with their members, is covered by its own privacy notice and by a data processing agreement we sign with each gym. Data in the app lives in the EU, in a database that belongs only to that gym.
